We take pride in everything from the insulation we select to work done in concrete, framing, painting and landscaping. Plus, we can put you in touch with interior designers and other professionals to add just the right touches to the finished product.

All work completed for our customers is done by our employees or licensed and insured subcontractors. That way, we have better control over the quality of the workmanship and the scheduling. We are able to offer a better product and avoid over-runs. Our employees and subs take a high interest in all custom home projects, with the overall goal of making our customers happy with the finished product.
REALISTIC SCHEDULING
When meeting with customers, we bring our computer laptop and show the pricing and material specification spread sheets. That way, customers see firsthand how the decisions they make influence not only pricing, but also the entire buildout process. Efficiency is important to us and our clients. Our computerized scheduling also helps us generate realistic timelines to complete the building of each home. We work with a very reliable network of suppliers and subcontractors, which results in completion of custom homes within a 4-6 month time frame.
